Cranberry sauce would make a car bumper taste good. I almost put the cranberry sauce on my potatoes for the pictures but somehow refrained, I love cranberry sauce with potatoes. After the pics were taken I mixed my potatoes with the cranberry sauce, it was good. That's the reason you don't see any gravy in the pics.

i have to say i have never heard of putting cranberry sauce on turkey.

You've lived a sheltered life sister putting cranberry and turkey together is a classic tradition, at least in my mind.

I the next day or two I will be posting the hows and whats along with the recipe. If you like cranberries this is a must try. Just might be the best turkey I have had including deep fried turkeys. I ate some tonight in a turkey salad, with cranberry sauce on top of course, and the turkey was still moist I just can't describe how good it was.
